Shipping and Returns
- Free Ground Shipping is available on all orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Customers must select the ‘Free’ option in the shopping cart to activate the Free Shipping option. If an option other than Free is selected or if shipping to an address outside the contiguous United States, additional charges will apply. No adjustments will be made on previous purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice.
- If you are buying a FRAME BAG and getting it delivered within DC we will hand deliver it free of charge either the same day or the next day by bike. Select "DC Delivery" at checkout and make sure to give a contact phone number where it says "Note to Grip Unlimited Bags" at checkout to arrange delivery.
- If there are any charged shipping fees they are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking.
- Most stock items ship in 2-3 business days (unless noted otherwise). We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay.
- Once an order ships from gripunlimitedbags.com, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We are no longer responsible for the status of the package. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
- To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method.
We do not include a paper receipt or packing slip in order to reduce waste. If you would like one, please request one via email at email@example.com.
- We do ship internationally. Please note however that Grip Unlimited does not guarantee shipping times for international orders, as we do not keep track of customs procedures / lead times. Likewise we do not cover any customs fees to accept packages. We recommend contacting your local customs/postal office for specific costs and timeframes. The fee we charge for shipping covers shipping rates only. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
- Grip Unlimited will not be held responsible for:
- shipments not received due to an incorrect address
- shipments lost by the USPS or other shipping service
- You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
- Merchandise must be in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns are subject to evaluation by Grip Unlimited.
First email firstname.lastname@example.org with receipt or proof of purchase to ensure the product is returnable prior to sending it to us. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. Returns must be received within 14 business days of receiving a return authorization.
- Please, do not send a product back without proper authorization. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. Rejected packages are considered unauthorized and Grip Unlimited will not be held responsible.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and credit card fees, within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product.
- If your item is in new and unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or product. If additional costs apply you will be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customers.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.
- All discounted sales are final and are not valid for returns
